Only after Pinkie finished at least a 3 cigarettes in a row, would she agree to sit long enough without a frown so I could sketch her properly…but she only smiled when I told her that when I was finished I would give her a brand-new pak of cigarettes and a lighter, plus a waterproof case to put them in.

Even then - she’s a tough sea chick - it wasn’t much of a smile, but a lot if you know Pinkie.
